At the Center for Racehorse Retraining, we’ve expanded our mission. While adoptions remain part of our history, our future is rehabilitation, equine research, and retirement. By combining proven horsemanship with innovative research, we are setting higher standards of care for Thoroughbreds and all horses in transition.

Our retirement program serves horses for whom a second career is not the best option. With the support of their racing connections and through decisions made in our rehabilitation program, we provide lifelong sanctuary where these horses can live with comfort, dignity, and peace.
